Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, then delivered in about 5–8 business days with standard shipping. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $50. Shipping costs for smaller orders are calculated at checkout.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link. Please allow up to 48 hours for the first tracking update. Haven't received tracking after 5 business days? Email us and we'll check on it.
Returns & Warranty
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return eligible items. Products must be unused and in their original packaging with all parts and accessories included. Full details are on our Returns & Refunds page.
Are products covered by a warranty?
Yes. If a product develops a manufacturer defect, contact us at support@vibplate.com with your order number and we'll make it right with a repair, replacement, or refund.
My item arrived damaged or won't turn on — what do I do?
We're sorry! Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a short video or photos, and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

What's included with my order?
Each product ships with its main unit, any included accessories, and a user manual. Check the individual product page for exactly what comes in the box.
How do I care for my product?
Always unplug before cleaning. Wipe the exterior with a soft, dry or lightly damp cloth and keep vents and grilles free of dust for best performance. Refer to the included manual for model-specific care.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, plus secure options like Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal at checkout.
Is my payment information safe?
Absolutely. All payments are processed through encrypted, PCI-compliant providers. We never see or store your full card number on our servers.
Orders
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, so contact us as soon as possible at support@vibplate.com. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to update or cancel it.
