We want you to love your VibPlate purchase. If something isn't right, returns are simple. Here's exactly how it works.
1.Our Return Window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused and in original, resellable condition.
- In their original packaging with all parts, accessories, and manuals included.
- Free of damage caused by misuse.
2.Condition Requirements
To be accepted, returned items must be unused and complete — in the original box with every included part and accessory. We can't accept items that have been used, damaged through misuse, or are missing their packaging, parts, or accessories.
Defective or incorrect items are always eligible for replacement or refund, regardless of condition — see Section 6.
3.How to Start a Return
- Email support@vibplate.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
- Our team will reply within 24–48 hours with return instructions and the return address.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back within 7 days of receiving instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund or exchange.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first — unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.
4.Refunds
After we receive and approve your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5.Exchanges
Want a different model or color? The fastest way is to return your eligible item for a refund and place a new order. If you'd prefer a direct exchange, email us and we'll help based on availability.
6.Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or a short video. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — at no cost to you. Manufacturer defects are covered.
7.Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or sent in error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we can't guarantee we'll receive untracked returns.
8.Non-Returnable Items
- Used items or items damaged through misuse.
- Items missing their original packaging, parts, or accessories.
- Final sale or clearance items (marked at checkout).
- Gift cards.
- Items returned after the 30-day window.
