At VibPlate, we offer FREE standard shipping on all orders 
within the United States.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment 
confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be 
processed the next business day.

Delivery Time
Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (additional cost)

Shipping Carrier
We ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS depending on your location.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email 
with a tracking number. Use it to track your order at

Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged please contact us within 48 
hours at support@vibplate.com with photos of the damage and 
we will resolve it immediately.
