Return Eligibility
You may return your VibPlate within 30 days of delivery 
for any reason — no questions asked.

To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be in original or gently used condition
- Must include original packaging and accessories
- Return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery

How To Start A Return
Email us at support@vibplate.com with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return (optional)
- Photos if item is damaged

We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions 
and a prepaid shipping label.

Refund Timeline
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 
3-5 business days back to your original payment method.

Exchanges
If you received a damaged or defective unit we will send 
a replacement immediately at no cost.

Non-Returnable Items
Items returned after 30 days or in heavily damaged 
condition are not eligible for a refund.
